Recruitment Process
1. Review Applications & CV’s
Every application we receive is carefully reviewed by our HR and hiring teams. We evaluate technical skills, work experience, project relevance, and cultural alignment. We also look for potential — not just credentials — ensuring that passionate individuals with the right mindset aren’t overlooked.
2. Interview Invitation
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a virtual or in-person conversation. This is a relaxed and open discussion where we share more about the role, team structure, work culture, and expectations. It’s also your chance to ask questions and explore if our environment suits your growth ambitions.

3. The Interview
Our interviews are structured to assess both technical abilities and interpersonal skills. Depending on the role, you may meet with department leads, team members, or our founders. We focus on real-world experience, collaboration style, problem-solving mindset, and how well you adapt to dynamic situations.
4. Test Task
For roles that involve coding, design, writing, or strategy, we provide a practical assignment. This task is designed to simulate real project scenarios and gives us a clear sense of how you think, create, and deliver under real-world conditions — not just theoretical knowledge.
