Recruitment Process
1. Review Applications & CV’s

2. Interview Invitation

3. The Interview
Our interviews are structured to assess both technical abilities and interpersonal skills. Depending on the role, you may meet with department leads, team members, or our founders. We focus on real-world experience, collaboration style, problem-solving mindset, and how well you adapt to dynamic situations.
4. Test Task
For roles that involve coding, design, writing, or strategy, we provide a practical assignment. This task is designed to simulate real project scenarios and gives us a clear sense of how you think, create, and deliver under real-world conditions — not just theoretical knowledge.
